Beef steak cuts glazed with a blast of umami rich oyster sauce
|Ingredients||Beef, Onion, Carrot, Peas, Egg, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Oyster Sauce, Veg Oil, Sesame Oil, Cornflour, Potato Starch, Rice Wine, Baking Soda, Water, Sugar, Salt|

|Reheating||Oven (recommended): Preheat 200°C (180°C fan) – 20-25 mins
Microwave: 700-800W – 5 mins / 900W – 4 mins
Huge portion, more than I could manage. Only downside was that some of the beef was a bit too chewy for my liking. I'd have liked a few more carrots too. Overall, a winner.
All was five star except Singapore noodles needed more spice loved the package ing all recycled very good.

Really enjoyed the tastiness of the Beef in Oyster Sauce, but wasn’t keen on the pieces of garlic in the dish. But then I am not a great fan of garlic at the best of times!
